Open week - open gardens & share tables - may 7 to 16

Gardens are a great place to learn, meet neighbours and feel calmer in nature. 

Visit and enjoy your local community garden / share table during our Open Week.

If interested, find out how to volunteer for the Autumn / Winter planting season, or contribute what you grow to one of your local Grow Free or Share Tables.

Community Picnic Aldinga Sun May 16 from 1-3pm

The Food Embassy, in partnership with the Onkaparinga Food Security Collaborative and the Aldinga Community Centre will be hosting a Community picnic on 16th May, 1-3pm at Symonds Reserve Aldinga Beach.
Bring your own picnic, come and taste some local food, learn about supporting our local food system, explore the local community garden.

Participate in planting of local native foods with local Kaurna woman Quahlia Newchurch, plus free garden activities for the kids. Preserving / fermenting demonstration.
